This can easily be done at the backend by Radweb support team.

Alternatively, radiologist may edit their name in User settings to include contact details.

To do this, click on User settings button at the top right of Radweb interface.

Enter your details as you would like them to appear on reports in the area circled in red and save.

Update is immediate and affects your visible username at the top right of Radweb interface and all reports, including those done before the change.
