Rarely, report preview in main report page displays OK but print preview (when you click “Print”) does not show report.

This is usually because the pdf renderer is unable to render the report due to unsupported content.

This could be some graphics, tables or unusual formatting typically after copy-pasting from another source.

To resolve, the reporting radiologist should initiate report editor for affected report, select the whole text and cut. They should then paste back the report as plain text.

After pasting as plain text, further formatting may be done manually on the report before saving.
