In some cases, changing your login credentials may reset your letterhead to default Medisoft letterhead.

In this case or in any case when letterhead needs to be (re)-uploaded, there is an option to attach the desired image in User settings. However, we recommend you contact us so we help with adjusting the letterhead aspect ratio to fit better on reports.
