It is now possible to download DICOM images from an anonymized link or QR code which does not require login.

However, the dicom images will be anonymized automatically during download.

A specific non-anonymized link and login credentials are no longer necessary to allow DICOM download.

Such users may also now include Radweb viewer for offline viewing.
