Viewer Freezes when Opening Large Datasets

This is usually due to insufficient device resources.

 

1. Close all unnecessary programs or browser tabs. Minimize the number of open browser tabs/windows.

 

2. One may also consider optimizing number of images sent to Radweb from site per examination.

 

3. MPR/MIP/3D may be done on site and sent to Radweb to minimize need to do the same on Radweb if PC resources are low.

 

4. Contact us to check your PC and recommend action. Upgrade of certain components e.g. RAM or PC replacement may be necessary. Find more on computer specs under the section on Device specifications
