When images are compressed, Window presets may not work as expected. Compressed images have red warning text at the bottom of the image indicating the features that are unavailable in this mode.

To fix, select “Original images” mode.

Images will be replaced one by one. Be sure to wait till all compressed images are replaced with “Original” images then try again.

Original images will not have red warning test at the bottom.

Manual W/L adjustments should work OK even in compressed mode.
