I can See the List of Studies but Cannot Open Images

 

1. Try again in a couple of minutes

 

2. If on iOS/Mac, use Chrome or Brave browser. There have been some issues with Safari.

 

3. If you are at an institution that might be protected by a network firewall, try alternative internet e.g tethering phone.

 

4. By default, actual DICOM images are deleted from Radweb servers after 3 months. In this case, the study and reports will remain on the list, but opening the study does not display images. Radweb servers have unlimited storage capacity and clients are free to subscribe to long term image storage at a small fee. In case your institution has an active long term storage subscription, images will be retained and accessible for the agreed period.
