These two properties are typically used for the purpose of giving the selected doctor/institution access to a study.

Right-click on a study and select Ref doc or Radiologist as shown in the image.

Note that the names should have been set up prior (contact Medisoft for this).

Referring entity may be an individual or an institution.

Once assigned, the corresponding column on Study manager (Radiologist/Referred by) will be populated immediately with the selected name.

The study may be re-assigned to another entity at any time and the previous entity will lose access.

This feature may allow referring entities to build their own personalized list of studies that were referred to institution(s) that use Radweb.
